Adding Accompaniment to Your Performance (Pianist Styles)
You can automatically play rhythmic arpeggios by specifying the chord type with your left hand, while playing a
melody with your right hand.

Press [PIANIST STYLE] so that the lamp
flashes.
The keyboard is divided into the Chord section
(Left) and Melody section (Right).
To change the Split Point:
Same as in Split (page 14).

While holding [PIANIST STYLE], press
one of the E1 – C#2 keys to select the
desired Style.
For details on which Pianist Style is assigned to
each key, see “Quick Operation Guide” (page 28).

Play a chord with your left hand to start
playback of the Pianist Style.
Play a melody with your right hand, along with
the chords you play.
To adjust the Pianist Style Volume:
While holding down [PIANIST STYLE], press
one of the A-1 – F#0 keys. The higher the key, the
higher the volume.
Setting range: 1 – 10
Default setting: 7
* Refer to the numbers 1 – 10 printed in the VOLUME
indications above the keyboard.
To change the tempo:
Basically, this is the same as Metronome tempo
(page 18). In addition, you can change the tempo
also by pressing the specified keys while holding
[PIANIST STYLE]. For details about the key
assignment, refer to the Quick Operation Guide
(page 28).

Press [PIANIST STYLE] to stop
playback.
The lamp turns off, and the keyboard returns to the
original status.
